・All sales are final after preorder payment. No cancellations, modifications or refunds for incorrect item selection will be accepted. Please confirm your order is correct before payment.
・Shipping to Hong Kong and selected overseas regions is available via SF Express. If you wish to use other shipping services, please contact us at cupartysupplies@gmail.com before placing an order.
・For shipments outside Hong Kong, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to local regulations. Please note that customers are responsible for any incurred fees. 
・If the package is refused due to custom duties or tax-related issues, no refund will be provided.
・For orders shipped to the USA: Product prices already include prepaid customs duties. No additional payment will be required upon delivery.
・For orders shipped to Taiwan: The recipient’s full name in Chinese and ID number are required in accordance with the SF Express international regulations. Please ensure your name is entered correctly at checkout, and that your ID number is provided in any designated fields. To ensure smooth customs clearance, please complete real-name authentication in advance via the EZ WAY APP.
